15.1 The accounts of the Institute shall be kept in accordance with the format and manner determined by the Committee with the approval of the Government of Nepal. 15.2 The audit of the Institute will be done by the Auditor General's Department. 15.3 The Government of Nepal may, if it wishes, examine or cause to be examined the documents and cash of the organization at any time.
